Why we need you

As Senior Sales Development Representative (DACH), you are a senior individual contributor and player‑coach responsible for delivering a predictable pipeline across inbound and outbound motions. You set the standard for execution quality and help scale team performance through hands‑on coaching, including call coaching, messaging feedback, objection handling, and pipeline discipline in close partnership with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership. 
You also play a key role in scaling inbound qualification through an agentic SDR, improving speed and consistency of initial lead handling while enabling the team to focus on high‑value customer conversations. 
In this role, you lead by example, mentor other SDRs, collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership, and help turn strategy into repeatable, predictable pipeline generation.

What to expect

  • Lead first‑touch qualification and establish best‑practice standards for discovery and handover quality.  
  • Build repeatable pipeline through multi‑channel outbound execution (phone, email, LinkedIn, face to face) and tight alignment with Account Executives.  
  • Provide player‑coach leadership through call coaching, message reviews, objection handling, and pipeline discipline to accelerate ramp and raise team performance.  
  • Own the SDR operating system (process, tooling, KPIs, reporting, handoffs) and drive adoption of an agentic SDR for scalable inbound qualification.  
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align ICP focus, campaign execution, and closed-loop feedback to continuously improve performance. 
  • Drive continuous improvement through KPI management (e.g., response, conversion, and show rates) and disciplined performance reviews. 

Your profile in short

  • You are a strong communicator with a confident executive presence and the ability to engage, influence, and persuade stakeholders through clear and structured conversations.
  • You bring several years of experience as an SDR and are motivated to help others succeed through coaching, feedback, and leading by example.
  • You have prior experience taking on leadership responsibilities(e.g., mentoring, onboarding, quality reviews, acting as a goto person or informal team lead); formal people management experience is a plus but not required.
  • You are technically curious and AI-savvy, with an interest in leveraging automation and agentic SDR capabilities to improve inbound qualification, productivity, and pipeline quality.
  • You think entrepreneurially, work in a solution-oriented way, and are highly driven to achieve and exceed ambitious goals.
  • You set high personal standards, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are creative in how you reach your targets.
  • You speak and write fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • You are excited about technology, continuous learning, and career progression and are looking for a role with real impact, not just the next job.

Location

This role is based in Munich, with office attendance at a minimum of 2 days per week.
