(Senior) Event Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As an experienced event marketing manager, you will help transform and scale the company’s event marketing function by turning events into a predictable, measurable, and high‑impact growth channel. You will drive pipeline, improve lead quality, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners. You will use your strategic yet hands‑on experience to elevate the event engine, improve measurable outcomes, and consistently deliver high‑ROI acquisition and engagement through events.

What to expect

Manage a portfolio of in‑person and virtual events, ensuring all logistics, timelines, and deliverables are executed on time and with high quality.
Lead on‑site and virtual event operations, coordinating staff, directing real‑time decisions, and resolving issues to ensure seamless execution.
Coordinate pre‑event planning activities, including registration setup, stakeholder alignment, internal briefings, and attendee communications.
Oversee post‑event workflows by ensuring accurate lead capture, data hygiene, routing, and follow‑up in CRM and marketing automation systems.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and negotiate vendor contracts to ensure cost‑efficient, high‑quality delivery.
Audit, optimize, and standardize current event processes, including lead flow, messaging, and KPIs, to improve efficiency, consistency, and impact
Design and implement a robust event measurement framework with a strong focus on pipeline contribution, lead quality, and conversion performance
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to double event effectiveness through sharper audience targeting, improved experience design, and tighter alignment with Sales and Customer Experience Team

Your profile in short

Proven experience managing corporate events, trade shows, virtual events, or experiential marketing programs min. 4 years in B2B SaaS.
Ability to turn ambiguous goals into structured plans
Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and ability to coach internal stakeholders and drive alignment
Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budget ownership experience.
Creative mindset with a passion for crafting memorable event experiences.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
