We're looking for a Commercial Account Manager (m/f/d) to support our long-tail customer base through a digital-led, tech-touch engagement model across both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
In this role, you'll be the escalation point for customers who fall between self-service and enterprise tiers—those who need more than a webshop but don’t require full enterprise support. You’ll manage high-value transactions for long-tail accounts, such as government buyers with multi-year needs or customers requiring demos, quotes, or tailored guidance.
You’ll proactively identify expansion opportunities using product usage data, email campaigns, and automation—blending customer success, commercial sales, and product advocacy. This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys scaling impact without relying solely on 1:1 engagement.
