As our Documentation Manager (m/f/d), you'll ensure users can harness Maltego's full potential by creating clear, accurate technical documentation. Your leadership in managing documentation projects and maintaining standards will directly contribute to user success and trust in our platform.

What to expect
  • Create and maintain: Develop, write, and update technical documentation, mostly customer-facing, including user manuals, API documentation, and troubleshooting guides. 
  • Manage documentation projects: Oversee the documentation lifecycle from planning to publication, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
  • Implement standardsEstablish and enforce documentation standards and best practices.
  • Process and technology: Own the document generation process and toolchain. Maintain and select the appropriate technology.
  • Review and edit: Edit content created by other team members for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy.
  • User feedback: Collect and incorporate feedback from users to improve documentation.
Your profile in short
  • BackgroundBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience such as Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, Project Management, Education, or Communication.
  • Experience: Proven experience in technical writing and documentation management, preferably in a SaaS or technical environment.
  • Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English. Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • ToolsProficiency with documentation tools such as Markdown, Sphinx, Freshdesk, or similar platforms or knowledge bases in general.
  • Self-organizing: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
